From Miller's Crossing to A Serious Man, I even enjoyed The Hudsucker Proxy. To compare this to their other films is a waste of time, this is a good movie. They bring their weird, often off-color humor to films to every film they do and this time is no different. I've never seen the first film with John Wayne.... but I saw it has a sequel. That leaves me to think this film will be better. Jeff Bridges is his usual amazing acting self. Matt Damon creeped me out, but this time that is the point. The girl.... what cannot be said about her acting, it was great, witty, spunky, bratty, and frustrating at times, just like a 14 year old girl would be. If you haven't seen this movie and are leaning on the fence about it, go towards the movie. It's worth the price of admission. I don't wish to give away any plots but...... this film is graphic at times (about Miller's Crossing and No Country For Old Men's level of graphic). Enjoy for one last ride.

Well Thought Out

and very stimulating. I enjoyed every second of the film and the plot was absolutely amazing. However, it's very complicated. It's a movie to be watched multiple times, every time stripping away layers.
