Superb on Multi Levels

This was awesome on several levels.
+The animation-CGI special effects are pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Look closely to detail in the rendering of the eyes of Hatter and of the the Frogs.
However the iMax 3D effect was not anywhere as thrilling or included as I experienced Avatar. I wanted to see more use of 3D in Alice. Cheshire would have been so stunning if we’d seen him wisp in-out as we did with the jungle/creatures in Avatar imho
+The story overwhelmed me how it intricately wove so many works of L Carol into a unique story to itself.
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie experience. It’s certainly a work that I want to have in my home collection...
