Since Chicago was a few years ago, and my memory fades, I am not in a position to compare Nine to that film. But judging it on its own, Nine is a Ten. The performances are absolutely outstanding, starting with Daniel Day Lewis as the conflicted brilliant movie director. The women, from Judi Dench to Kate Hudson to Penelope Cruz, are all outstanding singers, dancers and actresses. Rob Marshall has done it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
