Wonderful production. This has spoiled going to live opera for me. The fact that wherever you sit you have a close up of expressions is just superb (as opposed to sitting with opera glasses and trying to make out faces from a distance). The interviews and comments entr' acte were very informative and enlightening. I can't wait for the performances of my other favorite operas to be broadcast.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
