Most amazing visuals I have ever seen. Beautiful movie. Amazing effects. Can't wait to see a commentary/interview on how they made the movie. Yes it was a tiny bit slow in places. Yes it's a story that we've seen, heard, read before, BUT that doesn't make it any less entertaining, meaningful, awe-inspiring, thoughtful, scary, hopeful.
3-D was done so well, that I didn't even realize it was 3-D-very subtle, well done.
Acting was great, believable and moving.
I disagree with another reviewer who said it painted the military in a bad light. Military aren't in the movie. Ex military as well as others who just like to kill things for money are hired by "big business" as mercenaries. Big Business. Money. Greed. Those are the bad guys here.
