Some complain that the plot is too derivative from the older material. I saw it as a new take in a new world, much more applicable to today's times. Fun, exciting with humourous spots. Great popcorn movie.

the only negative to this movie was that not once did Captain America yell "Avengers Assemble". Otherwise it was perfect.
