Visuals Great - plot TRITE

This is a long movie - about an hour too long. The plot is age old. The dialogue droll. The visuals were very good, however, I expected a greater 3D experience....a presence of characters and objects in the theater - it happened only a couple of times. The Honey I Shrunk the Kids at Disneyland has more of that effect. Thought I was watching an old western. The transformers and the long lankingness of the planet residents reminded me of Star Wars. An average movie -
No, I do not recommend this movie.
