The King's Speech

What an inspiring movie! Along with showing determination to overcome an obstacle, it really humanized The Royal Family. The acting was superb. Kudos to Colinf Firth and Geoffrey Rush.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Just Awful!

My husband is a "Sherlockian," but I have never read a Sherlock Holmes book. However, I know a lot about the detective (through osmosis). This movie had nothing to do with the sleuth I know about. It was a cross between Indiana Jones and Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid. It was strictly an "action" film. Our family attended the film - 2 seniors & 2 adults, & we all hated it. 2 thumbs down!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
