lousy rip-off of "the lat samurai" in outer space, which was already a bad rip-off of "dances with wolves." also stole from "the matrix." same tired, liberal themes: miitary = greedy and brutish. native americans and muslim insurgents = heroic and noble.
visually impressive, but not much more than "lord of the rings" or "star trek."
all the humans were so cartoonishly, one-dimensionally evil it became hard to take seriously. Also, too violent for pg-13. should have been rated "R."
No, I do not recommend this movie.
