Wonderful use of 3-D animation. Exciting film from beginning to end. I especially loved the attention to detail of even the smallest images like the flying insects. The plot was ordinary, but the planet Pandora was the best part of the movie. It was uncomfortable to watch as the US military was portrayed as this one-dimensional, evil empire, but, loved how the scientists were part of the good guys.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
