I don't agree with others about the plot and theme being "preachy". The United States, right now, IS the very empire that the film and the "indigenous characters" excoreate appropriately. Here is a message to Americans that should be constantly hammered home. Greed makes war!
Best 3D ever! Exhausting, yet enjoyable 2 and 1/2 hours. Graphic creatures are OUTfreakin'RAGEOUS! One viewing is enough.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
