A nice return to the original spirit of Sherlock Holmes - even if targeted to a 21st century audience. Downey is terrific as the brilliant and bohemian Holmes. The chemistry between Downey and Law is spot on. The only disappointment was the Adler character, both how it was written and performed.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
