Lots of action to hold your focus and enough confusion (it is about dreams after all) to keep you thinking. The plot unfolds gradually which makes you aware that it is 2.5 hours long but the complexity of the plot requires time to tell the story. In great fashion of classic novels it ends where it begins but includes a great twist at the end. Loved the action, film making, camera shots, variety of settings, and the whole idea of what dreams are about. Shear genius I'd say.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
