This was the kind of visual experience that we go to the movies for. If you see this in IMAX, you will be immersed into this movie for 2 and a half hours. Intense, interesting story. Plot is a bit predictable, and the "bad guys" are a bit trite, but it doesn't take away from the action or the AMAZING visuals. I'd put this with the first Lord of the Rings movie as one of the best action/adventure movies I've seen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
