Most females don't like sci-fi, action movies, but I do. I went with a girl friend who would have rather seen a romantic drama...bleh. We went to the IMAX 3D. I don't think anyone in the audience moved or made a sound once the movie started. The opening scene was amazing. I just wonder what kind of minds can think up this stuff. It was so original with effects, and the beautiful scenery was similar to video games in a good way. It was a little bit of Alien, little bit of Stargate. Some of the creatures reminded you of the Alien and Predator. At the end, they (the writers) let you know that there will most likely be a Prometheus (name of ship) 2 . Can't wait.
