Except for a couple of horribly violent scenes, this was a super fun movie. I thought the casting was good and Johnny Depp, of course, was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, great humor

Not sure why the critics are so dissatisfied with this movie. It is a great story with a fun ride.
