No complaint about the movie itself, but bad news technically -- and likely the fault of the Met Opera. At the Showcase Cinemas Randolph, MA ,the sound was intermittent (mostly absent) and the visual component periodically froze momentarily as well, but not even at the same time as the break up of the sound -- a complete disaster, calling for refunds. The one positive aspect was the smoothness and imperturbability of the woman who was manager at the service desk at the time -- she dealt with even the most impossible, outraged and demanding customer with honesty, warmth and true aplomb. Only that made the aborted trip worthwhile.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
