3-D hasn't improved in 30+ years. My partner and I left this movie feeling nauseous and he practically wretched. It hurt my eyes and I had to remove the glasses several times during the movie, wishing we had opted for a standard screening. Throughout the movie I kept asking myself when will this ever end?
The story was weak and completely predictable. It touches upon a few interesting socio-political topics, such as American companies raping foreign lands without respect for the indigenous inhabitants, and a connectedness with nature.
If you are easily awed by special effects you will undoubtedly enjoy this movie and question how anyone could detest the picture. If you want a quality movie experience, this picture does not deliver.
