A very nice take on the "Sherlock Holmes" idea, since the last version of it that I remember seeing was "Young Sherlock Holmes" when I was little. The accents were held well, especially by Robert Downey Jr., to the point in the beginning where it was hard to follow at first. The dialogue was well done, very witty, and very good. The action scenes were well done, and the Protagonists' portrayal as semi-flawed characters was a nice touch, making them seem just that bit more human (for the screen, anyways). I'm looking forward to the next one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
