the music was more emotion-provoking in the first movie.
i think hardwicke is a much better director that weitz. there wasn't enough story development but that could've been the script - the dialog was a bit flat in this installment.
had I not read the books, I wouldn't know that edward was incredibly upset about leaving Forks.
Pattinson needs to show more emotion and have more lines - i didn't count, but he hardly said anything in this movie.
Stewart screwed up the "edward departure scene" in the forest - it would've been more convincing had she been sobbing - a LOT.
Overall it was good - i am looking forward to Eclipse.
