Great movie, terrible cust svc

Movie was outstanding, but getting into the movie was a total nightmare! We saw it at the Imax in Alexandria-AMC-We waited in the most crowded, disorganized "line", then went in and waited in another line, and then made the worst decision of the night: getting something from the concession stand! The 4 guys behind us actually started TIMING how slow they were helping people-over 4 minutes per person! With 10 plus people in front of us almost FORTY minutes just to get drinks! Then, unbelieveably, two employees started stocking straws and napkins (already plenty in the bins, mind you!) and the manager looking guy was stocking candy! They had 4 lines of at least 20-30 people and 4 closed registers!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
