Awesome yet Tiresome

The special effects, the amazing 3D, the gorgeous visuals are an unrelenting treat for the senses, while the non-stop cliches, predictable plot, and pathetic dialog are mind numbing.
Will James Cameron stand up at the Academy Awards and scream, "I see you!" I'll bet he does.
This is an extraordinary collection of astonishing cinematic feats weighed down by astonishingly bad dialog and plot twists...it's an extended Ewoks vs AtAts that could have been fabulous beyond belief if it were an hour shorter and a writer had been involved. Still if you must see it, and you must, see the iMax 3-D version and be astounded, at least until your butt gets sore.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
