The movie was well made and thought-provoking. It was not, however, a good Christmas movie, particularly during these tough economic times. What a sad bunch of characters! Casting was excellent...from the uptight newbie/wannabe to George Clooney's commitment-phobe. The clips of the terminated were stellar!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
