Princess and Frog - could have been better

Many things to like about this movie: the animation in many parts was amazing, very colorful, inventive and the effects were top-notch. The movie did a great job with all ethinic characters, the New Orleans flair - if only it would have stuck with that. All was good with the "Princess" trying to get a business started, with no money and so on. The villian was great, but when the main characters are turned into frogs and a great deal of the movie is about two frogs, was a little tough to get involved in. Lion King, Hunchback, were better stories. I wish they had told the story better: so much beauty and it just felt empty.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
