Double Booked Seats - BOO!

The movie was everything I hoped for, and more. Beautiful, imaginative, fantastic, emotional.
However, we reserved our tickets (and paid for them online) and when we got there, someone else was sitting in them. IMAX had double-sold the tickets. We had to sit in uncomfortable chairs in the back of the theater.
