There is simply nothing in the film industry to compare with Avatar. To see it in Imax 3D is mind blowing. A whole new world created from the minds of men and women - every scene had something new or unique. In a way, the story line reminded me of "Dances With Wolves"; granted you have to think about it a little bit but it's there. I left the theater wanting to see it again and I probably will. How many films can you say that about? You might say it was like "Lord of the Rings" on steroids, nah, it was better than that.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
