No way was it as bad as the naysayers say

OK, this is a movie in the Dances With Wolves tradition, so that's what you get. I expected far worse after reading the most negative reviews. Naysayers includes the superpatriots who object to the "split-tongued greedy & military men destroy nature and mistreat natives" storyline. Well? Guys ... guys .. R U saying that generally speaking The White Man has spoken the truth and bestowed major blessings on Natives? I didn't think so. So, the plot WAS adequate, the movie enjoyable, the acting just fine, and visually INCREDIBLE. The 3D in Imax anyway was great. In fact it's a 5, it's THAT stunning.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
