The New Standard

A solid plot line, while typical, is executed with enough emotion and character development. The overall story is not something new, but it's something we can all relate to as history has shown time and time again the true nature of humans. The special effects are obviously unmatched. This is the new standard of special effects and what future movies will need to strive for. James Cameron has another masterpiece in his book of movie magic.
I will say this though - be wary of the 3D experience. I found that after 3 hours it gave me a terrible headache, and I tried to focus just on the main characters of each scene as was recommended from various articles. I would prefer to see this in regular IMAX or regular screens (non-3D).
