Recycled plot a' la "Fern Gully," flat, one dimensional characters ( the Marine Colonel is a cariacture) and way too long, "Avatar" was a huge disappointment. The only reason it gets one star is because of the 3D visuals of the movie. Too bad James Cameron didn't put the $500 million towards some real environmental project instead.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
