Definitely worth the hype!

The trailers for Avatar sucked me in and I'm ecstatic that they did! The movie although being 2:40 in length didn't feel that way at all. The 3D (which I recommend highly if going to see it) effects helped pull you into a magical/primitive world.
I just read in another review before writing this that the plot is basically a love story, which is true, however there are some great sub-plots also; such as man vs nature, business/military vs science, and whether humans have the right to take what they desire from what we deem to be a primitive culture?
I take PE's warning, "Don't believe the hype" to heart, however in THIS case, it's definitely alright to suspend that belief!
