Titanic In Space

Big vision, check. Blossoming romance, check. Fabulous special effects, yep. Heroes and bad guys, yep. Everything I enjoyed about Titanic was here as well, just in a different setting with even more impressive CG.
There was more time spent on world-building than I cared for -- I just wanted the story -- but my friends thought that was the best part of the movie. We saw the non-3D version and there was plenty of scenery to enjoy there; it's hard to tell how much difference 3D would make.
I'd recommend this to friends as an enjoyable event, but nothing life-changing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
