Hadn't read the book or any synopses; had just seen previews -- will keep you fully absorbed -- great performances, terrific storytelling by Scorcese. See it.

Incredibly imaginative and entertaining. Fantastic in IMAX 3D. As "2001" and "Star Wars" were to another generation, this one sets the bar to a whole new level. Go see it.
