Anti-Military/Great special Afects

I was so looking forward to watching this and was mesmerized by the creation of spectacular aliens,creatures, planet, everything. My only complaint was how we (Americans and Military) were perceived in this movie. We were barbarians, murderers, conquerers and anything and everything you could think. What was James Cameron thinking? This is not what we do when we help other countries. It's an outrage to me and should be how we and especially the military was portrayed in this movie. We are the bad guys. Gimme a break!
No, I do not recommend this movie.
