No joke. This film is a work of genius in every facet of its production. Despite some swearing and violence some children under 13 could probably handle this movie and would love it. 3D is totally engrossing as long as there are no chairs in your line of sight. I would say it is nothing less than "outstanding".
Now let me tell you about the Imax at the Palladium in San Antonio! Its the SMALLEST Imax I have EVER seen! Even worse there is RESERVED SEATING, which I have also never heard of at an Imax. General Admission is so close to the screen that several people complained and left to see the regular version.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
