The visuals are stunning. They remind me of the lush forest and jungles in the Myst/Riven game universe, but taken to the next level. The CG is very realistic, and the 3D effect just adds to the experience, and doesn't distract from it. The story line is fairly predictable, but it is fun watching it play out.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
