Avatar was a beautifully crafted movie. We went and saw it in IMAX 3-D and it was spectacular. At first getting used to the depth was bothersome but once over it the movie seemed to envleope you into the scenery. One draw back was the end, not the part where sticks and stones can win the war with war mongering earthlings but the end where they let them all go and leave the planet. With that much wealth they will come back and bomb them into submission from space. While the movie sucks you in and you become part of it's reality...the ending when it is over really sticks in your mind and you know the earthlings will be back stronger than ever and the inevitable ending will happen...just like it has played out here on earth
Yes, I recommend this movie.
