The Renewal of a Frontier of the Past

Avatar is the reinvention of the Hollywood Western. But, this movie goes beyond this perspective, introducing a moral value of LIFE and the connections all forms of life have to each other. In this way, AVATAR calls attention to our ecological disaster that's speedily underway... hopefully not long enough to make our HOME a sterile desert. And, calls attention to the social/cultural differences that need to be bridged and not destroyed. It's a movie of war, love, corporate greed, environmental conservation and spirituality. My "BRAVO" to director James Cameron for being able to touch these subjects in the right measure to make the story entertaining with substance to take home.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
