The most visually engaging movie ever, Avatar in 3D leads the way to action/adventure movies' future. OK, so the plot is a bit trite and predictable; we lousy humans (read Americans) exploit aboriginal peoples with our military might to satisfy our greed, but lose in the end. Regardless, the groundbreaking technical and artistic craft make it a must-see. Maybe next time James Cameron will use the profits of this movie to create an emotionally engaging as well as visually engaging film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
