I just want to say...

...that this movie changed my life.
As a young Persian man, who was born and raised in the USA and has never visited the country of his parents' birth, I want to sincerely thank anyone and everyone involved in making this film and bringing it to a theater near me.
The tears that fall onto my keyboard as I write this brief review are a clear testament to not only the sheer power of your work, but how desperate many young Persian-Americans, including myself, are to see genuine, positive and tempered representations of themselves.
To call my experience while watching "No One Knows..." revelatory would be an understatement. I was able to feel, see and understand, for the first time, that I am not alone.
Thank you Bahman Ghobadi, the whole cast and crew, and IFC Films.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
