As Bond movies go, this one was... slightly better than average. Would have liked to seen more gadgets - I mean, that's one of the main reasons I go to see a Bond movie.
Yeah, yeah - the lack of gadgets was a plot device and all, but still.
Oh, also - I made the mistake of watching all of the trailers as they became available online. The trailers spoiled too many surprises in the movie. People in the audience "ooo'd" and "aaahh'd" when you-know-what appeared in the garage that Bond opens to get M out of harms way - I'd already seen it in the trailers. People jumped and grew wide-eyed when the bad guy hit his "radio" button in the Tube and you-know-what came along after - I'd already seen it in the trailers. My fellow audience members must've thought I was asleep....
Pros well paced
Yes, I recommend this movie.
