The way it really is

Real life has no Hollywood version. This Documentary film shows us the guts in surgery in hospitals that aren't really up to anyone's standards. It shows us sewage in the streets flowing between trash heaps as well as human triumphs and shortcomings. Conversations with the volunteers and staff reveal the struggles. Nothing easy about this kind of work. What makes people do this? Leaves us with ideas but not answers. A real wake up call that is with me the day after.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
