Best movie of the year

I thought the movie was excellent. Considering it has been almost 30 years since the first movie came out, they did a wonderful job of continuing the story without changing the core plot line and feel of the movie. I would recommend you watch the first one prior to seeing this film, as their are a few things that won't make much sense in this film. Again, great movie, will likely go see it again.

True to the storyline

Kudos to Marvel for not screwing up the storyline. I didn't read the original comics myself, but know several people who have and say it follows it very well. The movie was excellent, the story flowed smoothly, and the characters were believable and realistic. Hilarious, intriguing dialog throughout, and incredible visuals that will look great even if its not on an IMax screen. Overall an excellent movie.

This is by far one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. The story was very well thought out, nothing cliché or overused; very unique concepts. Hats off to the CG artists who worked on this, everything looked real even when the actual actors were part of a scene alongside them. Overall, a definite must-see, and worth going to see more than once. Can't wait for the dvd release.
