Being a member of the medical profession, I know this movie is a pretty realistic view of things in the field. Tempers are short. Things are in short supply but good times are found in the little things. The docs were true to themselves and certainly were not acting when they shared their feelings with the cameraman. Certainly this was not ER, but ER is not real. This was real.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
