I took my 12 yr. old son, 6 of his classmates and my six yr. old daughter to see this. Several scenes were very frightening for my daughter, while all of the boys were on the edge of their seat. One of the boys admitted that he would probably have nightmares from it. Very dark interpretation of the classic. Amazing animation!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
