I read the book years ago and really wanted to see the movie since I enjoyed the book so much. I heard/read the reviews and it made me a little leery about seeing the movie. I'm glad I didn't listen to them and went and saw the movie on the big screen. I enjoyed it very much as did my 13 year daughter. It had alot of powerful messages for her too. If you enjoyed the book then you should enjoy the movie too.

Loved it, Loved It, Loved It / Work of Art

This was movie was sooo good. My 13 year old daughter and I went and we both just loved it. We loved the story, and the "what the cuss" dialogue, and the action. It really moved along and I never looked at my watch once. I think you have to have a bit of itelligence to really "get" this movie and being an animal lover doesn't hurt.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
