A good message about how and when to stop kicking yourself (and others) for kicking yourself.
And about not being a victim (despite the fact that my brother's name is victor and - as I recall- Glenn's dog's name is victor and the last thing I want to be is a dog or my brother.) :-)
I do wish the book publisher had left the ending as Glenn wrote it. I felt a bit cheated by living through all that stuff only to find out in the end that... well...don't want to give it away
Yes, I recommend this movie.
