Awkward script. Beautifully shot, good casting, but the story itself is hugely lacking. It seemed like they took the best parts of other movies and threw them together. No real substance. No WOW factor. A bit of a dud. I give it a C-
It was hard to watch at times I became increasingly aware I was sitting in a movie theater instead of being absorbed in the movie. The movie did a poor job of keeping you engaged.

The group of kids that were cast really made this movie. Would see it again! Liked it better than XMEN which I would give 3.5 stars
