Definitely DreamWorks' second best animated film, behind Kung Fu Panda! It does have a lot of similiarities with Panda, in that it takes place in a psuedo-fantasy foreign land, and the pop culture references are non-existent. A rockin' good time at the movies!

Great for thrills

Recommended for wild and crazy friends who don't mind a bit of nightmare fuel by the second half (those arise from parody anyway), and off-beat animation. Good for SOME children. I would pass on the 3D version though.
