1. 3-D effects great, but interestingly could not tilt my head, or less they went wacko. Theater had oversided glasses for fit my big noggin and fit over my own specs.
2. Definitrely a dark theme - not for kids under 12.
3. Spent a lot of time on showing off 3-D, like the horses/hearse scene.
4. Rushed the ending way too quickly. After belabored time wasted on dark ghost scenes, the highlight of the story (Scrooge's transformation) was glossed over in comparison.
5. I was amazed that my wife got very nauseated by the end of the film from the 3-D flying scenes. Had to closer her eyes or take off glasses a few times to keep from barfing.
6. Good flick, but not Disney's best.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
