Such potential but not a great movie - just a very good one. Maybe my expectations were too high but I did not connect like I thought I would with this movie. An important story of a history that we all must acknowledge in order to insure we do not let it happen again. I thought the acting was very good, but I felt there was something missing emotionally that movies like The Color Purple provided.

The best of the trilogy. Packed with surprises and great story line. HIGHLY RECOMMEND whether you have seen the other movies or not.
